Jarlath first started in tax in the mid-Seventies as an inspector of taxes.

He subsequently joined a Big 4 firm as a consultant and immediately before joining BKL Tax had spent several years with Chiltern plc, alongside David Young, as a senior member of the team, providing support to other professionals.

Jarlath has lectured on tax topics, is the author of a number of articles and is a past co-author of Chiltern’s Yellow Tax Guide.
