Our team

Adrian Thomas has a dual role in leading our team on international corporate tax issues and on VAT matters. A graduate of Trinity College Cambridge, he spent several years as a tax partner in a Group A firm of chartered accountants where he was particularly involved with complex one-off transactions. He is a chartered accountant and member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

As well as wide experience of substantial commercial businesses and their unique tax problems and opportunities, Adrian has an impressive understanding of the accounting issues that are so often crucial in substantial reconstructions and an exceptional grasp of relevant company law.

Blending all this with a creative approach to intractable problems makes him a powerful resource to bring to bear.
