Clearing Directors' loans

Still clearing overdrawn director loan accounts with boring old dividends or remuneration? How passé!

The number of scheme providers who are now hawking round the same tax-efficient "solution" (it is too simple to be called a "scheme" and is probably not even notifiable under DOTAS) has now reached such an alarming level that it seems highly likely that HMRC will do something about it in the pre-budget report. So if you are intending to use it, probably better to do so sooner rather than later.
